I AM UNDER PRESSURE..

Being in the company under microscope wouldn't make you happy, even though you get good paycheck every month. Why im saying 'company under microscope' ? Because now we've been put under probation period until next June 2010 to prove that we're still relevant to this business.


No one will understand the scenario we're facing better than us. To be exact, the 5 of us. Can u imagine how small this company with only 5 management staff (executive level) and 13 operational staff (2 clerks + 11 technicians)? Yet we're running a company which covers 12% out of total market size of 26 Mil worldwide.


I'm not blaming on the economic downturn, but the challenges we're facing right now mostly on strategic and operational. Too many action plans have been carried out, yet the results are still not satisfactory. After nearly 7 years giving my service to this company, i've seen a lot of ups and downs along the way. Once, the production ahead of marketing (stock high,sales low). Now, the situation is totally reverse- marketing ahead of production (sales high but production low). I'm in-charged of production, so i'm the one who is under pressure now..uhhuhu

Despite the above pressure, i still can take my own sweet time to update my blog, kan? Sungguh x patut..ok sakinah, BACK TO WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
